Woody Stone, Outreach Coordinator for Warrior Transition Battalion JBLM spoke about the Warrior Transition Battalion on August 22.  Rotarians were enlightened to this intensive program that helps our injured soldiers’ transition back to active duty or into civilian life.  Mr. Stone shared information on both the national and local level advising of the efforts employed by physicians, nurses, ancillary staff and family members which assure the needs of those who have been injured while serving our country are being met. It was an incredible opportunity to learn how those who have given so much in their efforts to protect and defend our country are being cared for and helped as they recover and move forward with their future endeavors.
