May 8, 2013 - Amber Smith from the the LOTT Clean Water Alliance spoke to the club about the centers many different programs and offerings.  Located at 500 Adams Street NE, in downtown Olympia, LOTT is a non-profit corporation created for the management of wastewater in the urban areas of Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater and Thurston County (LOTT).  LOTT is responsible for wastewater treatment, reclaimed water production and long-range planning.  In addition, LOTT also provides community education on the use and conservation of water through its many weekend activities and programs directed to school age children.  LOTT has a new facility that includes the new Wet Science Center.  Check out LOTT and the Science Center your next trip into town!
